This is a simple raw vegan dinner that I put together. I am on day 14 of a 60 day raw food challenge. This was a light tasting sushi roll.
1/2 teaspoon of dulse
1/4 teaspoon os sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 avocado slice
2 parsnips Shredded
Mix all ingredients by hand and lay mixture on Nori wrap and top with avocado slices and roll makes about 3 Nori rolls
