  2. Made this yesterday for a California King bed. Took about 2 hours from start to finish. Looks awesome. I made the width 75", with the top 2×4 77", based on the comment by another user that adding one extra inch over overhang adds to the aesthetic. So thankful for the instructions!

  3. Thank you for explaining this so well, I would love to do this.. I’m in need of 13 twin size headboards for a shelter for ladies and their child. Would you happen to know the measurements for a twin size bed?

  4. I’ve used this twice to build our Queen then again when we upsized to a king. The only difference was I made the board on top longer by an inch on each side and it makes a huge difference and makes it look much better.
